Mr Ranjan Goenka believes, “One can achieve anything, just put your heart and soul into it.” His sharp acumen for product innovation and keen eye for details helped him translate his vision into reality over the last three decades. A first-generation entrepreneur, he thought ahead of his time and founded Jaya Softwares in 1987, when the Indian Software industry was at its infancy.
He founded PDS Infotech in 2008 with a vision to develop ready-to-use business software. Ever since, under his leadership, a variety of software products have been launched and well received. TDSMAN & ChequeMan together enjoy trust with 80,000+ users. In the taxation domain, PDS Infotech enjoys the position of being one of the market leaders. Mr Goenka’s focus on delivering quality software and driving the ‘Customer First’ culture within the organization has translated into consistent patronage of existing clients and new additions.
Mr Goenka actively participates in industry events hosted by NASSCOM, Rotary, TiE, COMPASS, Chambers of Commerce amongst others. He is the Chairperson of the Eastern Regional Product Council (ERPC), NASSCOM. He is an invitee at multiple forums and conferences across India.
Mr Shah has been associated with the organization since its inception and has been ably taking care of Finance & HR. He also manages the general administration.
Efficiency in its back-office is the backbone of any organization. Quietly and meticulously, he handles the budgeting, payroll, accounting and other finance associated challenges. He has been closely interacting with team leaders for optimizing resource deployment, performance evaluation and setting up training programs aligned to project requirements.
Ensuring smooth internal functioning, Mr Shah specializes in troubleshooting and human resource management. His presence is motivating across the board and inspires everyone to be better organized and think positively.
Mr Basu brings in over 25 years of experience in the field of Information Technology and has been associated with the organization ever since its inception. Having graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Calcutta University, he has been developing software ever since. He has played a key role in some of the leading software products of Jaya Software (our associate company) since 1995.
His strength lies in the clear understanding of systems followed by its careful dissection. Mr Basu excels in optimizing processes, stitching them together and working closely with user groups to make the software work.
He is focused on the end-user right from the beginning of any software development effort including addressing post-sales support delivery systems. He has worked on domains of taxation, inventory & accounting management and stock-broking amongst a host of others.
Mr Pawan Kumar has more than 15 years of marketing experience, specially in the software products and technology industry. He has been leading the marketing team at PDS with his expertise and innovation. He ensures that our products are well branded and marketed through all channels of communication - across digital and non-digital platforms.
Mr Kumar is always focussed on establishing our brand further. He leads from the front in planning and executing the follow-ups with our interested leads, converting them into customers as efficiently as possible. His team puts in all efforts to monitor and respond to customer reactions in a timely manner. Growing the business through better sales is every company’s main objective, and Pawan’s work and decisions are based completely on this goal.
